Salad:
- A handful of mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken
- 2 eggs, sliced
- 2 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 5 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- sprinkle of goat cheese
- 3-4 tbsp honey mustard vinaigrette
Vinaigrette:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 onion powder
- 1/4 garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tbsp of raw honey
Put all together in a mason jar and shake, done!
